We are looking for a Product Manager who is excited by the challenge of building developer platforms at enterprise scale within a highly regulated environment. In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and outcomes for two critical platform products at the heart of Rabobank's software delivery ecosystem. One team is responsible for ensuring that software delivery pipelines across the bank adhere to compliance and security standards through our custom-built Pipeline Compliance Platform. The second team delivers managed CI/CD capabilities that are compliant by design, enabling engineers to focus on building software while the platform takes care of governance, security, and operational excellence.

Together, these products are a key part of Rabobank's Managed Application Stack: the paved road that provides engineers with everything they need to go from idea to production. Whether teams are launching new microservices, modernising legacy workloads, or building customer-facing solutions, your platforms enable secure and frictionless software delivery at scale. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, and Security. You will help shape a world where the secure path is the easiest path, compliance is built-in rather than bolted on, and engineers can focus on delivering customer value.
