Global Marketing PPWR Delivery Manager

Are you ready to steer a business-critical regulatory program across Europe? As Marketing PPWR Delivery Manager at JDE Peet’s, you coordinate the end-to-end artwork amendments for iconic coffee and tea brands, ensuring complete compliance with upcoming European packaging standards.
In this temporary assignment, you operate within the Global PPWR Core Team at JDE Peet’s. With the introduction of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and Environmental Claims Directive (EmpCo), up to 3,000 packaging artworks require updates across multiple European markets by the end of 2028. Working alongside another Marketing PPWR Delivery Manager, you safeguard brand consistency, align operational delivery, and keep regulatory milestones on track.
Your core responsibilities:

• Lead artwork and packaging design updates across European coffee and tea categories in the Artbrew system.
• Drive briefing and copydeck processes in close alignment with the Design Excellence team and local marketing units.
• Maintain master data integrity and packaging visual assets to guarantee regulatory alignment.
• Manage end-to-end implementation schedules, track cross-functional dependencies, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Report progress to global leadership while keeping local marketing teams fully aligned.

Functie-eisen

You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Packaging, Design Management, or a related field.
You have at least ten years of professional experience in artwork management within a large FMCG organization.
You have demonstrable experience leading large-scale artwork implementation projects.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Salary in accordance with scale 11 of the JDE collective labor agreement (CAO), tailored to your knowledge and experience (range between € 7.000 - €9.000 fulltime)
Travel allowance of €0.21 per km or 100% reimbursement for public transport
