It serves our existing payments customers, supports our expansion across Europe and underpins our ambition to become a bank. The work happening here will define how Mollie scales globally, and this role sits right in the middle of it. As Senior Product Delivery Manager, you will be the accountable lead for two of Mollie's most technically complex and strategically important teams: Wallet and Bank Interactions. This is a senior, influential role that reports into the Head of Product Delivery and works closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. This is a high-ownership, high-stakes role. You won't just be managing delivery against a plan others have defined. You will set the roadmap, identify the most critical problems and opportunities independently, and advise senior leadership on direction across two teams whose work will shape Mollie's banking future. What you'll ship - Own the problem space for Wallet and Bank Interactions end-to-end, setting the roadmap independently and ensuring both teams are aligned to Mollie's long-term objectives. - Lead the execution of high-stakes initiatives with precision, including the Wall
