Jr. Project Manager – Strategy & Transformation Office Group Finance

What you are going to do As Jr. Project Manager you will directly support and work together with our Project- and Program Managers in multi-disciplinary change initiatives in areas such as Finance Strategy, Process Optimization & Redesign, Finance Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions and Regulatory implementations. You will take the lead in ensuring effective and efficient change execution and will act as the trusted go-to person in terms of project management support and central project oversight to ensure projects realize the desired results within time and budget. You will take responsibility to support the end-to-end delivery of our change initiatives, from initiation (analysing current core finance processes; understanding business context & translate to tangible outcomes & deliverables; preparing workshops with content experts) to project delivery (milestone planning; status reporting; monitoring of key risks, issues and dependencies; insight in project financials and business cases), besides picking up your own (sub-)projects. Other responsibilities are: Support delivery of larger programs and own (smaller scale) projects or workstreams across Group Finance within scope and time Act as the vital link between Business, IT, and other stakeholders and proactively liaise to align on deliverables and actionable next steps Produce management information including scenario analysis, impact analysis and documents that are ‘for decision’ and organize impactful Steering Committees Proactively contribute solutions, deliver insights for challenges and support driving decision making to achieve strategic objectives What we offer you NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future.
