Job Description & Summary Do you want to make an impact in high-profile M&A transactions for top-tier Private Equity and c orporate clients? Are you ready to take the next step in a dynamic deals environment where operations and finance meet? As a Manager in our Delivering Deal Value team, you'll join the most successful deals practice in the Netherlands. You'll get direct access to leading PE and corporate clients, work in an international and diverse team, and play a key role in shaping deal outcomes through operational insight and data-driven analysis. This is what you'll do You'll be part of the Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team within PwC's Deals practice. We work in an inclusive team on challenging and meaningful client projects, where your expertise directly impacts deal outcomes. We leverage the latest technology, including AI-tools, and invest in coaching and knowledge sharing so you keep growing while we make impact together. As a Manager , you'll lead pre- and post-deal engagements to quickly assess operational value opportunities and risks, combining data analytics with sector-specific experience. You'll work on operational due diligence, carve-out due diligence, and pre-deal value creation, often starting early in the deal cycle and delivering concrete operational upsides that influence the buyer's offer directly. Your responsibilities include: Identifying operational gaps and providing recommendations to drive value creation; Developing implementation plans and quantifying savings using a driver-based approach and industry benchmarking; Driving transformation initiatives focused on short- and long-term value realization; Coaching and leading junior and senior colleagues; Managing client relationships at both executive and operational level throughout the project. You recognize yourself in this You're an experienced, commercially minded professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead, motivate and advise others. You combine a team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Furthermore you have; At least 6 years of relevant experience in (deals) consulting or operational performance improvement, preferably in corporate M&A teams, COO support roles or specialized operations consulting; A university degree in business administration, science, engineering or a related discipline; Understanding of one or more core operational functions ( e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Working Capital, Procurement, Sales); Comfortable working with financial information and translating analysis into actionable insights; Good written and spoken English; Dutch language skills are highly appreciated.
