Manager Learning & Development

As Manager Learning & Development, you will be responsible for leading a team focused on knowledge sharing, innovation and data-driven learning. You will translate the academy's vision and strategy into tangible initiatives while strengthening the connection between learning, knowledge management and technology. Working closely with stakeholders across R&D and other academies, you will drive continuous improvement and help shape the future of learning within a complex, international environment.
What will you do?
Lead the Knowledge Management, Innovation & Analytics team and support the professional growth and well-being of team members.
Drive, implement and operationalize the knowledge management and innovation roadmap.
Develop and deploy a self-service model that improves access to knowledge across the organization.
Integrate Knowledge Management into learning and development programs to enhance knowledge sharing and retention.
Introduce new learning technologies, AI solutions and innovative ways of working to improve scalability and impact.
Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders, driving innovation, knowledge management and organizational development initiatives.
