General Manager House of Rituals

As General Manager House of Rituals, you will lead one of Rituals’ most distinctive destinations, in the heart of Amsterdam. House of Rituals is where retail, wellbeing, hospitality and brand experience come together in a way that goes far beyond a traditional flagship store. It also serves as a key event venue, bringing activations, experiences and brand moments to life. In this role, you are responsible for the overall performance, direction and development of the House. You lead the key functions within the building, including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Events, with approximately 30 FTE, and oversee Rituals Café through the franchise manager. You report directly to the Retail Director. House of Rituals plays a unique role within Rituals. It is not only a high-profile customer destination, but also a place where new concepts, innovations and experiences are tested in real life. This gives the role a strong cross-functional dimension. You work closely with local and corporate head office teams to align priorities, connect functions and translate ideas into seamless customer experiences and strong commercial execution. We are looking for a leader who combines strategic perspective with a hands-on mindset. Someone who understands what excellence looks like on the floor, knows how to operate in a complex environment and brings people together around a shared ambition.
