You & your role As Roadmanager IAM Foundation Agentic AI, you know the secrets of turning early-stage, interdependent initiatives into one sequenced and controlled programme. You coordinate governance, dependencies, stakeholder alignment and vendor procurement, while architects determine the technical direction. In this way, you guide the Agentic Identity and Access Management roadmap from discovery and prototype evidence towards an auditable pilot and operational implementation. Examples from practice Turn early-stage initiatives that are being staffed and explored simultaneously into one coherent programme structure. Translate evidence from the first prototype phase into a clear build-versus-buy recommendation. Connect Identity and Access Management, Security, Data, Business, Risk and Control stakeholders around shared decisions and dependencies. Facts & figures 36 hours per week. Establish programme governance and clear ownership across workstreams that are developing and being staffed at the same time. Drive the roadmap from joint discovery through procurement and proof of concept towards a funded, staffed and auditable pilot. You work closely with architects and senior stakeholders to ensure that decisions in one area do not create unforeseen issues elsewhere. You provide the structure, transparency and coordination needed to turn a new and complex security challenge into an operational programme.
