You lead the execution of the data management roadmap within the COO domain. In this role, you coordinate initiatives related to BCBS 239, ESG, AI-ready data, and operational efficiency. You create alignment across domains, provide transparency on risks and dependencies, and help stakeholders translate strategy into measurable outcomes. Examples from practice

• You bring together milestones, risks, and dependencies across bank-wide data management initiatives into one coherent approach.
• You identify obstacles at an early stage and orchestrate solutions together with COO, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholders.
• You translate complex ambitions related to BCBS 239, ESG, and AI-ready data into concrete progress and decision-making. Top 3 responsibilities
• Coordinate bank-wide milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure data management initiatives are delivered consistently, on time, and in line with regulatory expectations.
• Support senior leadership with structured insights, progress reporting, and decision-making materials on strategic data management topics.
