Do you have the skills to actively engage and lead people to achieve great results together? Do you want to improve the employee experience within ABN AMRO by optimizing our HR systems? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for an experienced business developer in our Meaningful growth IT team. The team is responsible for our SuccessFactors platform and specifically for Successfactors performance management, succession management and learning. As a business developer you will work on a variety of initiatives within the scope of our learning, performance, skills and succession management applications. You will translate the requirements of our stakeholders to workable solutions that can be picked up by our DevOps working Agile Scrum team. Will you join us to together pursue our ambitions? With the following results (SMART) – Gathering requirements for new functionalities and clearly communicating them to the rest of the scrum team; – Translating gathered requirements to user stories within the scrum team; – Work closely together with the product owner to understand and plan incoming work; – Clear communication and alignment with our stakeholders and our SaaS suppliers; – Supporting change risk assessments of upcoming changes; – Handle security issues and incoming tickets together with the team; – Have an active role in the management of our IT changes within the HR department. Requirements Your profile: – Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; – At least 10 years of work experience as business analyst/business developer with a proven track record in IT change in performance management, succession and learning; – Proven experience in requirement gathering; – Experience working in an agile and DevOps environment; – Experience working on HR applications; – Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors; Must have the following soft skills: – Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, preferably Dutch as well); – Has a pragmatic approach; – Attention to detail; – Listening skills; – Respectful of different cultures; – Critical thinking; – Adaptability – Leadership and project management. You lead yourself and your circle of influence by nature.
