Job Title IT Risk Manager - Third-Party specialist Job Description Technology & Innovation Risk (Project) Manager Help Rabobank manage third-party risks across a network of 50+ experts, strengthening operational resilience in a fast-changing digital environment. You & your role How do you keep control over third-party risks while Rabobank rapidly adopts new technologies like cloud and AI? As Technology & Innovation Risk (Project) Manager, you know the secrets of managing complex third-party risks in a digital banking environment. You strengthen risk management frameworks while driving change initiatives. You work across domains like IT, Procurement, and Risk to improve policies, monitor risks, and ensure that Rabobank stays resilient and in control. Examples from practice Designing and improving the third-party risk and control framework, including outsourcing structures and policies Monitoring and analysing third-party risk profiles, translating insights into clear reporting for senior stakeholders and risk committees Leading cross-functional initiatives with Procurement, IT and Risk teams to implement new regulations and strengthen operational resilience Facts & figures 36-40 hours per week A team of around 50+ IT risk professionals Over 48,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide Top 3 responsibilities Develop and implement third-party risk policies by translating regulatory changes into practical frameworks and ensuring consistent adoption across the bank Strengthen the risk and control framework by challenging stakeholders, improving controls, and aligning risk domains such as security and continuity Monitor and report third-party risks by analysing risk profiles, identifying trends, and delivering clear insights to senior stakeholders and committees You play a key role in ensuring Rabobank can safely innovate while maintaining strong control over external dependencies and operational resilience.
