The Opportunity We're looking for a Tax Manager to join our dynamic tax team of six professionals based in the Netherlands and South Africa. This position is based in the Netherlands and offers opportunities for occasional travel, providing a global perspective and exposure to diverse challenges. You'll work hand-in-hand with Finance, AI, Treasury, Legal, and other teams in our flat organization where hierarchy takes a backseat to innovation and results.  AI and Automation are part of our DNA and strongly embedded in the tax organisation. Who You Are You're a tax professional and not afraid to challenge the status quo. Whether you have a background in VAT, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Income Tax or as a (tax compliance) generalist, you're eager to broaden your expertise and challenge traditional approaches to tax management. You thrive in unstructured environments where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to innovate. While you don’t need to be a tech expert, you have the skills to identify automation and innovative opportunities, lead and manage projects effectively, leveraging the expertise of others to drive success.
